Classes are designed to support a wide range of bodies and experience levels, with modifications offered so you can move in a way that feels comfortable, sustainable, and appropriate for you.

Yes. Many students are either new to yoga or returning after time away.
Classes emphasize accessible movement, breath awareness, and supportive pacing—so beginners can feel comfortable while still offering depth for those with more experience.
You don’t need to know anything before you show up. -
A yoga mat is recommended. You may also want to bring water and any props that help you feel more comfortable, such as a block or blanket, if you have them.
Wear something you can move comfortably in (and don’t mind sitting on the floor in).

I also occasionally offer themed or music-inspired classes for a slightly different shared experience—but the focus is always on how it feels, not how it looks.
